Shoot hoops in the front, fish off the dock. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sun room, roast smores by the fire pit, or grill steaks or your fresh catch on the Weber Grill!! You won't want to leave. The main floor offers two dinning spaces seating up to 11 (with an additional 3 at the bar). Large remodeled gourmet kitchen offers a coffee bar, new appliances, and plenty of prep space. The kitchen flows beautifully into the main living area's cozy seating, large flat screen, and a warm gas fireplace (for the cool months). We can sleep up to 10 (1 Queen, 2 bunk bed sets, 2 twins, and a trundle bed with 2 twins) on the inside and there is room on the 2 decks for those that would like to sleep under the stars! The living room has windows looking out toward the water. The dining room table seats 6 and the kitchen bar can sit up to 4 more. The kitchen comes with an electric stove, refrigerator, portable dishwasher, microwave and cabinets full of dishes, pots and pans, glasses, silverware, and serving utensils. The trundle bedroom doubles as a sitting room for reading a good book or taking an afternoon nap. A large closet off the trundle bedroom has lots of games for all ages and a collection of gently worn books to read while you vacation with us. One of 3 bathrooms is on the main floor.brbrThe loft bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, chair and its own balcony with another place to get away. This 4 bedroom house is tucked away on a quiet dead end street. The additional lot next door is great for kids to play in or pets to roam on. The inside of the house was recently repainted and several updates were made. The main level has 2 large bedrooms both of which have their own bathrooms. The bedrooms each have a queens size bed and dresser with a large closet. The large living room has a brand new 55'' flat screen tv situated just above the gas log fireplace. The new sectional couch is large enough to accommodate 6-8 people comfortably. Also in the living room is a patio door leading onto the back deck. Half of the back deck is covered for those occasional rainy days. In the kitchen is a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, a full size electric stove, and lots of cabinet space. The cabinets are furnished with the basics you will need for cooking. If you have a specific pan you will need for your cooking project I do recommend you bring one with you as we can not anticipate what everyone might be cooking. Hard plates, utensils, glassware, and paper towels are provided. You will need to bring your own paper plates and food storage containers. The kitchen table will is built to seat 6 with additional chairs stored in the garage for a larger group. Fold out tables are available by request. brbrLocated on the lower lever is a huge carpeted area perfect for playing games. There is also a huge couch with a large big screen tv. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are furnished with brand new queen sized mattresses and both have large closets. The half bath is located downstairs also. If sitting outside on the deck is your thing then this is the place for you! There are decks on every level for your enjoyment. The deck even leads all the way down to the shoreline. This property is located on the main channel of the Cumberland River and not allowed a dock permit. As you walk down the hall you will pass the main bathroom with a shower and bathtub. brbrThere is another full size bedroom and bathroom in the basement. The laundry room is just around the corner. brbrThe game room is also located in the basement and has a pool table, vintage arcade, dart board, and a 50'' smart tv for your enjoyment.brbrThis home was built in the 70s and updated in 2018. brbrOutside you will see that the lake is only about 50 steps away. There are concrete steps all the way into the water. The shoreline is perfect for swimming or just hanging out. The lake bottom is a rock/mud combination. The boat traffic is a safe distance away leaving you several hundred yards of calm area to swim in. There will be plenty of room for a fire on the shoreline as long as the water level isn't higher than normal. With being on the lake there is always a chance of bugs, please understand we do everything we can to keep the outside of the house clean but sometimes it just is not possible. June, July, and August have what is called a Mayfly hatch occasionally, they do not bite and are good for fishing. brbrWe are located on the main channel and not allowed a dock permit. I live at the end of the street and have 3 docks docks on the bay-side that you are welcome to use. My covered dock is about 500' away, you can walk or drive down and park in my driveway. All 3 docks on the bayside are available for your use. They will easily hold 30'-40' boats. You can use the dock overnight. There is no power on the docks. brbrFAQS:brbrNo more than 2 pets are allowed. There is a $100 fee for each pet. NO MORE THAN 25LBS EACH.brbr There is room for 2-3 cars in the driveway. There is plenty of room for over flow parking, just let me know and I’ll show you where it is.brbrbr Free wifi is providedbrbrThe house is best suited for 8 guests with 10 guests being our maximum.
