Enjoy quiet evenings in the spacious living room with a large flat screen TV or nestled up reading a relaxing book. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for cooking at home. The kitchen table seats 6. The backyard deck allows for time to relax while cooking on the outside barbeque, weather permitting.brbr Pella Windows Headquarters is a 5 minute walk from the front door. Veermer Headquarters is a 5 minute drive. Knoxville is a 24 minute drive west to the Knoxville Raceway. Looking to take in 18 holes on that beautiful sunny day Bos Landen Country Club is a short drive, across town past Central College. Pella Golf & Country Club sets on the north edge of town, just 10 minutes away. There are plenty of parks to stroll in, Red Rock Lake to explore, hiking, fishing, and kayaking. Hungry Head over to George's for Pizza. Smokey Row is perfect for a pick me up cup of coffee while strolling through the shops. For that sweet spot, Dutch Letters & Pastry can be found at Jaarsma Bakery & Vander Ploeg Bakery on the square. Or you may want to swing past Velds meat market for the much talked about Pella Bolonga or Ulrich's meat market for Dutch Imports.brbrWe just purchased this home in June of 2017.
