You will be close to everything when you stay in this conveniently located home  that is situated in a safe, peaceful wooded cul-de-sac. You will be able to enjoy abundant wildlife and privacy. The neighborhood is ideal for walking and bike riding. You are also just a short 5 minutes from Dunkin, Starbucks, Target, movie theaters, Walmart and hundreds of other stores along highway 20 and JFK. Also 5 minutes to the millwork district, casinos, water park and the Mississippi River Museum. You’ll be staying in the back half of my home. You’ll have a spacious bedroom with a King memory foam mattress, 55” TV with Netflix and Roku, ample storage, a large closet with hangers, extra pillows and blankets. A full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, extra towels, curling iron, hair dryer and essentials that may have been forgotten. A sitting room with a futon and sleeping for one or two small additional guests, You can enjoy the big backyard, outdoor covered patio with grill and seating for six. All of this on the main level. These are not shared areas, it’s all for. Feel free to park on the street or in the left side of the driveway. You will have access to your own private area with private entrance. This is not a shared space. I work full time and have a busy schedule but I am available to offer assistance if you need it. Country living in the city. A nice quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac.
