It’s been updated with groups of friends and families in mind.brThe entry room has a place to drop your shoes and keys plus a nice big desk to serve as an office. Also on the first floor is an updated full kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath. brTake the peculiarly small staircase of old English cottage style to the second floor and you’ll find the 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and a spacious full bathroom. Views from some of the upper floor windows have a partial overlook over downtown Dubuque with a spotting of the Mississippi River.brThe large enclosed porch is a great place to hang out during three seasons. It has a wonderful view stretching across the river-valley-bluffs and takes in sunshine all day long. There is a small front yard and a small back yard. The back yard is great for playing a game of bean bag toss. brbrYour dog is welcome if they are well behaved and potty trained.
