Downtown Dubuque Retreat, Spa Access, Private Deck, One block to Farmers Market,

Fantastic location. Exterior lighting was great and I would feel comfortable staying here by myself next time I’m in town. The amenities were all perfect and the back patio was a nice treat. Will definitely plan longer stay next time.

This property was so cute, in downtown (which is what we needed bc we were attending a conference but we didn't want to stay in a hotel). The beds were soft and comfy, great pillows! Really close to great restaurants (walking distance, and I have bad knees so I mean like blocks away). The stairs up to the apartment were my only nemesis, why my brain didn't compute that the deck meant stairs, I have no idea lol. The deck was amazing, great for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee!! 12/10 highly recommend.

Tanya was very welcoming. She greeted us at her spa and walked us next door to show us our rental.

Nice little spot close to downtown. Clean and quiet for a larger property. Wi-Fi could use a speed boost, but everything else was great.

Cozy decor, neat and tidy. I love having the sofa and separate bedrooms. The coffee and beer were a nice touch! Fyi though there’s a narrow flight of stairs to get to it.

Cute apartment and really cozy. Really nice little deck with a nice view. Within walking distance of several restraunts/bars. Beds were really comfy. It was all just wonderful.

Close to everything downtown

Although it is on second floor, what a well put together and clean space. Beds were comfortable, each room you can control a/c or heat, nice kitchen space supplied with utensils. We needed to be close to 7hills Brewing for a wedding and this was a perfect distance away. Totally would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in heart of Dubuque!

We loved the quaint, comfy, and cozy property! The location was great and it is just as the pictures show. We enjoyed the local brews that greeted us in the fridge. Having coffee beans for our coffee in the morning was a treat.We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning when we can come back.

The unit itself was nice, clean and centrally located. It was great that there were air conditioning controls in each bedroom so you could set your desired temperature. The first night we enjoyed sitting on the balcony although the view was not the best I misunderstood the parking situation- it said parking available and on street parking which I thought it was free. The on street parking is metered and the available parking was a block over. Also in the description it wasn’t mentioned that this unit was on the second floor with stairs to walk up. I also have never had to pay for “damage insurance “ which I thought was different. My friend and I did have a good time- went to a winery, Field of Dreams and ended our visit with a dinner cruise on American Lady. We plan on returning to Dubuque next year as there are still so many things to see and do. misunderstood the parking situation
