We absolutely loved our stay! The place was charming and had everything you need for a relaxing weekend in the lake. Our family thoroughly enjoyed kayaking, biking, playing lawn games, and making cotton candy! The sunroom was great for reading with the lake view. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for making s'mores in the evening. We can't wait to be back!

Great place on Bass Lake with its own dock, bikes, and kayaks. Very well stocked with essentials. Kind, thoughtful, and accommodating hosts. A short highway drive to Culver Academies.

The house was decorated so tastefully and had everything one would need.. the enclosed porch was awesome! With a lake view the sunrise and beautiful sunset! We had five people and the size was perfect!

we loved the house. decor and finishes were very nice new and attractive. this worked out week for our stay to visit family. the only shortcomings we witnessed were not having a dishwasher and the faucet in the bathroom sprayed all over you every time you used it. otherwise, it was a very nice place for a young/small family or a couple.

Host was excellent, kept me informed throughout the process and check in with us to make sure everything was okay, and things were going well. Sent timely reminders, very attententive.

It was a short stay but the property was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back!

This Bass Lake cottage was a 10/10!! Don’t hesitate to book this property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciated how clean it was throughout. The beds are so cushiony, I slept comfortably every night and appreciated all the light coming in from the many windows. The Sun room was one of my favorite rooms! I enjoyed the calm space to journal and just chill. It was so beautiful to wake up to the lake view everyday! I love that they had bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and outdoor games. All the neighbors were so friendly and I felt safe as the neighborhood was calm and quiet. The hosts were amazing and quick to reply to messages. I look forward to coming back again soon!

Chillin Away in Bass Lake is a perfect resort! All the thoughtful amenities and tasteful decorating as well as the location on the lake makes this place so enjoyable! All the comforts of having everything you need ! Owners are wonderful. Don't hesitate to stay here while in Bass Lake Indiana

Lovely rental and well taken care of and clean! Great location too. Plenty of lakeside seating to relax by the water. Hosts are super nice and helpful!

Communication was impeccable. The property is well maintained and organized. So much to do for all ages. We will be booking again!

The lake house looked just like pictures great coffee station very nicely decorated. Awesome bedding and very comfortable mattresses and wonderful dark out shades. Lovely tile on back wall of bathroom very nicely decorated. Very comfortable sun porch to sit and look at lake. Nice spot next to water to sit and enjoy watching fish jump out of water and witness a hawk catching his own fish and flying away with it. Just need a sit of steps to walk into the water instead of using the ladder, just had treatment to my knee so couldn’t use ladder.

Our experience at this lovely place was just what our family needed! Everything was exactly as described - maybe better! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal - peaceful and quiet, with a lovely patio and pier all our own. We kayaked, went paddle boarding and biking. We played lots of cornhole and had dinner at the Woodshed Tap on Bass Lake - rustic, but the food was great! We've stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one stands out for its attention to detail, comfort, and responsive hosts! We'll be back!

I came to this part of IN with a friend for an art show in Culver, and this was a wonderful haven in the midst of a hectic weekend. The house was cozy, comfortable, and serene. I would definitely stay again!

A perfect lake getaway. Our Host made sure that her home was comfortable, welcoming and well stocked. There was nothing that wasnt provided and it was i believe the cleanest rental we've had. Highly recommend the property for a great lakehouse getaway.

We were delighted with the style, decor and location of this lakeside cottage. There are fun items for play - bikes, games, paddle boards… The warm, shallow lake is a treat. Loved the seating on the property’s own dock, too.

It’s a great place for little getaway. Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids and I had a great time together kayaking and swimming in the lake, my parents got to fish at the private pier during our stay as well. this is my first time visiting Knox, It’s very quiet and slow, and I love it! The host is very sweet and always responds fast. We are definitely coming back.
