This level also has a full-sized kitchen, large dining room table and a spacious family room with a fireplace, TV and plenty of room for gathering the whole family.brbrThe loft is the perfect space for the kids to sleep. It has 4 twin beds all in one space for that fun sleepover type feel. Located on the calm, refreshing waters of Island Park Reservoir with Blue Ribbon fishing just down the way and a semi private beach and dock right out the back door, it doesn't get better than this. brbrGuests will need their own transportation in order to travel around the area as there are no public transportation or ride share services available in the area. There is free on-site parking.brbrNOTE: This property sits on the cove side of the Island, and later in the summer the water level can drop & recede based on previous snow levels and use.
