Located only 25 minutes from the West entrance to Yellowstone Park, this is a great spot to be the base of all your fun. Newly built with the basics for your trip. The kitchen, living room,and bedroom are upstairs. The full bathroom and washer/dryer are downstairs on the main floor. WiFi with a smart TV mean you can stream your favorite movie/TV shows when not out exploring all the amazing scenery!brbrThis loft has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and can sleep up to 10, however its mainly meant for a couple adults and children. The bedroom features 4 queen-size beds. There's also two twin beds off to the side of the living room so there's room for the whole group to sleep! Enjoy incredible views of Island Park scenery and watch the sunset over Sawtelle mountain.brbrThere's a full kitchen with basic cooking utensils, along with a small dining space. The living area has a couple comfy couches and a smart TV. Downstairs is a washer and dryer set to make you feel right at home along with the bathroom. WiFi, towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, are included without extra fees.brbrThe loft is located in a new area off the old highway, making it close to everything! Short driving distance (25 minutes) to the West entrance of Yellowstone, (5 minutes) to the golf course or gas station/grocery store. Also great access to trails for ATVs/snowmobiles located just off the old highway.brbrThis is the upper floor of the building. The ground level is a shop where we store snowmobiles and the loft is the beautiful living area upstairs. This does not have a deck , hot tub or fire pit. (RV's and camper trailers not allowed)brbrOne or two dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $20 per dog per night. And we require that they never get on the furniture or beds. Even good dogs can get anxious when left alone in a new place and that is when they damage things. So your dog must be in a crate if you leave him behind in the cabin. (We do not provide the crate.) brTo keep the cabin beautiful, you are responsible to pay for any damage caused by your dog. Because the extra cleaning will interfere with the cabin being ready for guests later that day, if there is damage or dog hair on the beds or furniture, then the extra cost is a minimum of $100.brbrYou'll have access to the loft including the washer/dryer, everything upstairs, the shared fire pit! However, the garage space below is for the owner's storage and is off limits. Occasionally, the owner may come by to grab something real quick out of the garage but it won't affect your stay. The fire pit is shared with the cabin next door on a first come first serve basis. Usually, there is some wood to burn near the fire pit. If not, you're responsible for getting fire wood at Robins Roost just a couple minutes away.brbrI won't be present during your stay but available for any questions or concerns. Please text or call to let me know and I'm happy to help.brbrOnly 12 miles/25 minutes away from West entrance into Yellowstone National park and close to Henry's Fork on the Snake River. Also the cabin is within about 5 minutes away from a couple restaurants and a gas station/grocery store where you can get anything you may need or forgot. There are two other cabins nearby as well.brbrFrom December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park. The roads are plowed, but its highly recommended to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow. A vehicle with ground clearance and 4WD or AWD is best.brbrThere isn't any public transportation in the area so you'll need to have a car to get around. There 700+ miles of trails that you can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on. We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you're looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.brbrWe ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like take your trash to dumpster outside, load and start dishwasher, wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. The two other bedrooms on the main floor have a queen bed, closet space and bathroom near by. Upstairs has a loft area with 1 queen bed, double bunk beds, two twin beds, a table, couch and TV. Log furniture throughout the cabin. brbrThe kitchen provides basic cooking utensils, coffee maker, pots, pans and supplies needed to enjoy home cooked meals in the spacious dining area. The living area has comfortable couches and chairs to watch TV or gaze out the windows at the majestic views. The loft upstairs is a great place to play games or hang out with more views of trees and the surrounding area. Sheets, towels, toilet paper and paper towels are all included.brbrYou'll have access to a grill, washer/dryer and parking. If you use all of the propane for the grill, please fill it up. Starlink Internet to keep you connected for work or pleasure. brbrOther items to note: With miles and miles of trails for ATV/snowmobiles out the back door, hiking trails located close by, rivers to fly fish, lakes to boat or swim in, the outdoor enthusiasts will be in heaven. brbrWe have a couple requests when checking out, such as: loading and starting the dishwasher, take the trash to the bins outside, start a load of towels, pull sheets off of beds and leave them on the beds.
