This condo is located in the Maui Hill Resort in South Kihei, HI. The resort has amazing grounds with a beautiful pool, whirlpool tub, putting green, bocci ball court, shuffleboard courts, tennis court. Gas BBQ grill located right outside the unit at the foot of the stairs plus many other grills throughout the property.! The condo is over 1,500 square feet of amazing living space, including lanais. Three bedrooms, one of which is a loft master with attached bath. Three bathrooms, pull out sofa bed in living room, washer and dryer in the unit. My condo easily sleeps 8, which is the maximum occupancy. 2 of the beds are king size and the third bed and sofa bed are queen size. The condo is beautifully furnished in all rattan and island fabric. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled and updated about 4 years ago with all granite counter tops. All new split air conditioning allows each bedroom and living room to control the temperature independently. brbr This unit rents through the property management desk for almost $1,000.00 per night in January, so renting through me is a steal! The islands of Lanai, Molokini and Kahoolawe are clearly visible. The view of the ocean and its abundant wildlife is absolutely breathtaking. This is one the finest 2 bedroom units, in the best location anywhere in south Kihei. brbrThe entire unit has porcelain flooring. All the cabinetry, which was custom made and imported from Canada, is cherry stained maple, and all counters and vanities are topped with granite. A quiet and beautiful setting for a wonderful Hawaiian getaway. Our condo was built in 2000 and is one of the newest in the Maui Kamaole complex We recently updated all the furniture in the unit including new chairs and a new pull out couch. brbrThe condo is quietly nestled away from busy highway 31 and the car traffic of the complex. The front lanai looks out over the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. It is just steps away from one of the two resort swimming pools featuring a Jacuzzi. There are also two tennis courts nearby and several BBQ areas. brbrAnd unlike most units, which back up onto parking lots, our unit backs onto green space and gives an unobstructed view of the mountain from the two back lanais. This also makes the unit very private.brbrThe main room has a large vaulted ceiling and is spacious, open and filled with light. It includes the kitchen, dining area and living room all tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. brbrThere is a 64 inch flatscreen Roku TV in the living room. We have true high speed internet with wifi. brbrThe master suite upstairs has a king bed, a 32 inch flatscreen TV, master bathroom and a lanai with two chairs and a gorgeous mountain view. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds(that can be converted to a king) as well as a 32 inch flatscreen TV and an adjoining bathroom. brbrMaui Kamaole is an upscale low density complex. It is family friendly and also the perfect place for a romantic getaway. There are just 13 clusters of low-rise buildings on 23+ acres of lush gardens. brbrJust 5 minutes away is Ulua Beach Park which has some of the best snorkeling on Maui and the sandy beach entry is the perfect place for beginners and kids to learn to snorkel. brbrIt's close to many restaurants, shops, and championship golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The beautiful Wailea Walking Trail is a short distance south. Across the street is one of Maui's best beaches, Maui Kamaole Beach Park III, a beautiful sandy beach where you can swim and snorkel, or picnic on the large grassy area beneath shade trees. And the best boogie boarding on the island. brbrThe resort offers an on site check-in agent with concierge services and brochures available with information on activities and restaurants.
