The unit features cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, a king size bed, and a new air conditioning unit in the bedroom (summer 2020). The new appliances include a new large refrigerator with an ice maker. Flooring is tile in the living room and kitchen and hardwood in the bedroom. Walls are freshly painted in contemporary colors.
