This unit is on the 41st floor (one floor below the penthouse) of one of Waikiki's best buildings and has stunning, panoramic views of the Ala Wai Harbor, the ocean, Waikiki, and Diamond Head. The condo has been completely remodeled with completely new, modern baths and kitchen, central A/C, washer/dryer, broadband Wi-Fi and all new appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The building offers a pool, gym, spa, bbq area, and excellent access to both Ala Moana and Waikiki. On the retail floor of the building there's a Subway, McDonald's as well as restaurants and boutiques. The Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon and beach are a quick walk across the street. The rental of this unit includes a 1 car covered parking stall. Guest parking is also available in the building for a fee.
