The waterfront is a few blocks, downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island just a mile away and a perfect walk along the Intracoastal. brThis historic home has all the vintage charm with all the modern conveniences. Lots of light, hardwood floors throughout, antique yet comfy furnishings throughout. A large, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, and newer appliances. Whether its Christmas dinner or a quick breakfast we've got you covered. The main house has 3 bedroom, 2,5 baths, including a king sized bed in the primary, queen in the second bedroom, single in the 3rd bedroom. There is a trundle daybed, with pull out in the Sunroom for extra sleeping and a total of 9 guests. The separate guest cottage on site is your 4th bedroom, equipped with it's own bath and kitchenette.
