The beach is not walking distance but it's only a short 12-15 minute drive, as this is a very natural area still with preserves and natural habitat on the way. We call this Natural Old Florida which is the beauty of the area. The house sits on a road that is not paved tar but is pressed gravel and sand- which is very clean and well kept. All of the main roads to town and the beaches are of course paved tar. There is plenty of parking at the house. Even room for a boat or trailer for those bringing one on their vacation. This location is perfect for those coming to explore Vero Beaches and State Parks, Eat all the Seafood you can imagine, Skydive in Sebastian, hit the State reserve parks, kayaking, canoeing, boating, fishing, Shopping in Melbourne and Vero, Seafood feasting on the water etc. Looking forward to hosting you soon!
