Stayed Mar 1, 2025I’ll start by informing everyone that the area the condo is in was hit with a tornado last fall and sustained damage. There are four units in the complex and part of the roof and walls were damaged. We had reserved our unit before the storm and the owner did inform us about the damage and that they would have repairs done before our arrival in March. The owner informed us in December all repairs were done on their unit and repairs on the other units would be done before our arrival. I checked back in January before our last deposit was due and was told that all construction was completed. We checked in 3/1 and on 3/3 the contractors were back in unit 1 right next door and were there every day of the week by 8:30 and worked till 5:00. The second week other contractors began work on unit 3 on the other side of us so now we had stereo hammering and sawing all day. This continued right up to the last day we were there 3/31.We notified the owner and VRBO of this and the only resolution offered by the owner was that we could leave and have days unused refunded. This was not an option for us since we had friends and family staying in the area for the month that we had made plans with months ago. VRBO checked the area but there were no similar sites available at the time. VRBO did refund us their service charge which we appreciated.

Stayed Feb 4, 2023This property was everything we hoped it would be. It was super clean, the lighting was great and there were extra touches when we checked in to make things easy and welcoming. When we did experience a problem, Marion responded IMMEDIATELY and the problem was resolved quickly. This was a convenient location and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay.
