Italian Tuscan Townhome on Orchid Island

The unit is beautiful! In a great location - easy to the beach, downtown activities, beautiful walking or bike riding. Owner/manager very easy accessible if needed. And what a treat to have a large garage to keep your car protected from the hot sun. It’s a great place to stay.

Beautifully appointed, this town home had the space and everything we needed for our extended stay. The large bedrooms, baths, fully equipped kitchen, ample dining areas and huge family room served us and our own guests well. The double car garage houses several bikes and various beach and other equipment. If you need it, more than likely it is there! A walk to the lovely guarded South Beach area is only a few minutes down the street. Each and every morning, we enjoyed our coffee out on the patio surrounded by live oak trees and tropical foliage -- a wonderful way to start the day. Truly a home away from home. So conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. We used our rented golf cart to drive to the restaurants, beach shops, and to the Humiston Beach Farmers Market each and every Saturday morning -- so much fun. Villa Solana is a private, quiet and exclusive enclave. Whenever we had any questions or needs, the owner responded immediately and was simply delightful to work with. Highly recommended.

This home has everything and so well maintain. The best kitchen I've ever had that wasn't mine. The owners were great and very responsive to our needs. The home has two floors, giving our guest all the space they wanted. We really enjoyed the large upstairs Sun Room/TV Room. The Patio was great on those days that were to windy for the beach. Everything you could want for beach (which is just 2 blocks away) was in the garage. Can't wait to go back!!!!!

The property was beautiful, spacious and had many unexpected little extras. Located in a great area. The owners and their family were terrific to deal with. Highly recommended! We were extremely satisfied.

Our home away from home was fabulous. The location was perfect. Our four year old could ride his bike to the beach daily plus we could walk throughout some beautiful neighborhoods. The owners had left extensive notes for us making our stay easy. The good beds and the nice furnishings were a plus. A place I would return to again.

We loved this place! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with everything you could want for a beach vacation. The location is great, a few short blocks to the beach and an easy bike ride to the charming town. The owners are very helpful and accommodating and truly want you to love Vero Beach. We would go back again and again!

Our stay at Villa Solana was all and more than we hoped it would be. The Villa was ideally located on beautiful Orchid Island, Vero Beach. It was a 5 minute walk to a wonderful beach, a leisurely 25 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to the charming town dotted with restaurants, shops, galleries, parks and a fabulous Farmer's Market every Saturday morning. The condo was immaculate, spacious with bright, comfortable rooms with high ceilings. The condo was well appointed and met all our needs. There was a charming patio that was a haven on sunny, but windy days. There were wonderful bikes, beach chairs, toys and on and on. Everything was at our fingertips. You really need to bring nothing but yourselves and your wardrobe. The owners could not have been more welcoming, helpful and accessible. They went out of there way to accommodate our late arrival due to terrible weather on our drive south. We were treated to a tour of the area, which was so helpful as this was our first trip to the Vero Beach area. There are so many great and fun restaurants, cultural activities, we were never bored. We are already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.

My family stayed at this house in December and it was so nice and very comfortable. We loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. Vero Beach is beautiful! We also liked that there are wonderful restaurants within walking distant to the house. The house also comes with bikes! We enjoyed riding all through the surrounding neighborhoods. We would definitely stay here again
