There is a 50in flat screen TV in the living room and there is also an about a 42in flat screen in the master bedroom. We are walking distance to Top Golf, iFly Tampa, and BassPro. There is an elevator nearby. Inside there is a full kitchen, full fridge, stove, and microwave, with full silverware and standard cooking materials. Standard supplies are also added, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and coffee supplies/maker. Professionally managed.brbrThis is the extremely rare case in which the HOA allows for Airbnbs; you will actually be registered with them so they are aware of your presence. They also give you free parking passes for your stay. There is a security guard at the front, you simply tell him who you are and your unit number. The door to the unit has an electronic code for entry. Balcony offers fantastic views!!!! Property has outdoor grills, pool, fitness center, self-serve laundry, and many restaurants surrounding the condo. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar, literally everything!
