Our property was not affected by the recent hurricane! We recently totally remodeled the second bathroom in this oceanfront condo and have made it available as a vacation rental. We still have many dates available! The beautiful, newly renovated and well-maintained Paradise Beach Club building is as close to the beach as you can get! The large, heated pool overlooks the ocean. The complex was built right next to the sea wall so that it is closer to the ocean than any other building in the County. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants. This Space Coast location is just minutes from Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach Pier. Minutes from Melbourne, FL Airport.brbrThis is a townhouse style condo. The main floor includes a living room with ocean view, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, full bath with large walk-in shower and a large quiet balcony with a terrific view of the ocean, swimmers and surfers. It is an 18-hole par 72 course, with general public access.brFor very nice tennis courts that are free and lighted, head south on South Patrick 2 miles to left on Banana River Drive, the courts will be on your right within 0.2 miles. brThere are numerous beaches with access all along A1A, both north and south. brSatellite Beach schools are nearby, and it is a 1 minute walk to the football stadium to root the high school team to victory on Friday nights.brTen miles north on A1A is Cocoa Beach, and 8 more miles north is Cape Canaveral and then Kennedy Space Center. Rocket launches take place frequently from the Cape Canaveral Air Force space complex and can be viewed as easily as stepping out the front door or going to the beach to watch a more spectacular show, especially for a night launch. brOrlando with its many theme parks and international airport is 60 miles away.
