Direct Beach Access & View: Satellite Beach Condo!

The location was what we expected, however, the grounds were all torn up and the Geothermal ac system broke down halfway thru our stay. The owner was gracious in issueing a partial discount for the days affected. Overall I can only give an okey rating due to these factors.

I had a wonderful time. The condo was everything we expected. The view was amazing.

The condo was nicrly furnished with a beautiful view. The beds were extremely comfortable. The place will be perfect once the pool is put back in...it was destroyed by hurricane a couple years ago but the beach was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo, perfect location.Would give 5 stars, but not having an in-unit W/D was a bit inconvenient. Wish the pool was rebuilt. We still had a great time!

When first looking at this property Vrbo indicated there was a pool. Evidently an old listing because the pool is gone due to a storm. I realized this AFTER renting when I went to the actual website for the property to see if it had additional pictures. It was when I could not find pictures of the pool and reading reviews I realized the pool was gone. Hoping it was a mistake, I inquired about it with Vrbo who referred me to the property manager. I got an email from him that was quite strongly worded that it is very clear on rentals description there is no longer a pool. That was not the case for me so next time I rent thru Vrbo I’ll do more research. One more thing and I’ll move on…out of curiosity my daughter went to Zillow.com to get an idea on how much the condos sell for. Several units for sale and they also state there is a pool. Assigned parking. The assigned spots are small. Had to let my daughter and granddaughter get out of car before I parked because we didn’t have room to open the car doors on both sides. On one occasion another car was parked over the line and my car would fit in my assigned spot. I called and left voicemail for the building contact at the number I was given to let them know I was parked in an unmarked unassigned spot and asked if that was ok going forward. No one returned my call. Parking lot flooded. It rained one afternoon but not hard or long enough that I would have expected flooding. (I live in West Virginia so I’m used to flash flooding). We were out during the rain and when we got back the parking lot was flooded and we couldn’t park. We decided to go eat dinner somewhere and check back. Able to park when we got back. Only one key for the condo and it was difficult to turn in the lock. I went to the store while my daughter and granddaughter went to beach. We each needed a key to get back in the building. Very inconvenient to not have 2 keys. Has beach chairs but no beach umbrella

This place was amazing..sooo much room..and balcony to sit and see the beach..right on the main hwy and easy access to any and everything u could want or need.

Apartment 305 is updated; building is being renovated, but don’t shy away; every building, in time needs upgrading love; it is newly sprinklered; for family members that can’t walk very far, the ocean is literally right there! Owner is super friendly and accommodating; no luggage carts and bathroom outside of lobby is being renovated; no W/D; TV in each room and AC works well. No pool but it is rumored to have a new one soon; comfortable bedding.

Nice condo in a quiet beach area. Would not hesitate to stay again when in the area. It does have direct beach access. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay and a wonderful location. Perfect view of the ocean from the balcony off the living room. Immediate and easy Beach access. Made for a very easy and inclusive stay. The condo is very well furnished and very comfortable. Once stocked with food. No need to leave. Plan on using this location for future visits from family from the North. Had a wonderful view of a Falcon rocket launch. Very easy to access key and parking. Fantastic stay and a fantastic host.

Accommodation and location were ideal. Condo was clean, well maintained and comfortable for the short stay. No washer/dryer in the unit was a major disadvantage for myself. Managed but would have made it better for me. The building itself is not great. Smells and needs maintenance. Especially getting to the beach and the filled in pool area. Very run down. Although condo was almost perfect, building needs help. Good location in a small quiet beach town.

Beautiful, clean condo with a great view. Loved the close walk to the beach, restaurants and some shopping.

Nice location and the property was as expected

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean, and was steps away to the beach. The condo was clean and looked freshly painted and upgraded. The owner was very pleasant and helpful when I contacted him. This is a quiet area, but easily accessible to other towns. We really enjoyed our stay here.area, but close to other areasbeqch

The view from the condo balcony couldn’t have been any better. The beach was right there. Open the sliding glass door and you could see and hear the waves crashing against the shore. We fell asleep and awoke each day hearing the sound of the ocean. Awesome feeling.The condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme. Everything we needed for cooking, eating and bathing was there. They did not forget a thing. Called the owner about where to find the key to get in and where to dump the trash, but other than that no hiccups.

Despite the old building undergoing renovations, and no longer having a pool (its filled in with sand), the ocean view and the powerful wave sounds make it all lworth it! The condo is clean and neat, just right for our two couples.

Nice place. Well stocked with vacation supplies. Quick answers to questions from Rob. Lack of beach access at condo was a little inconvenient, but not deal killer. Took a while to find laundry room, which turned out to be beside elevators.

We had a wonderful time staying here. This condo is really nice with wonderful views. It was very relaxing to be able to hear the surf from the balcony. We only had two concerns first there is only one set of keys which meant we had to be a little more coordinated with our comings and goings. They other concern is with the building, the beach access is closed, which meant we had to walk about a .25 of a mile to the nearest beach access. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I definitely would stay here again. Thanks!

We enjoyed the ocean view. Only negative was access to beach, but understood why.
