Oceanfront Updated Condo - Direct Beach Access!

The place was beautifully updated and had e everything that we needed. The view of the ocean was fantastic.

The interior of the condo is in very nice shape and the location was excellent

Everything was as pictured. Very nice. Owners contacted to make sure we didn’t need anything. Wish pets were allowed. We would definitely go back.

First place has a great location was very clean and spacious. The only negative we had in this stay was that the back patio did not have access to the beach. Pictures are slightly deceiving elevator in the facility is old and smell smells like burning rubber. Overall great experience would highly recommend.

This is our second time at Sandpiper. It is perfect for our needs. It is just near the causeway to my sister's home so the location is great. The beach is open this year! It is clean and everything one needs is there. They allowed my family to take family beach photos after my dad's memorial. Very easy to communicate with and we will be back. Thank you! We may see you before the end of the year. All instructions were there for check in but we had a little trouble with the lockbox. Once we got our key, it was okay.

Great location and nice beach. Not crowded at all. Condo was nice. Building is older and they are doing alot of updating. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages.

We came down to spend time with my significant others family as his oldest grandson was graduating Eagle Scout, High School and turning 18 all within 3 days of each other. And then his son’s family will transfer to California with the Space Force as he takes over command of a base. So we had some special time with them.

It was perfect if you wanted a quite spot right on the water. We will be back for sure.

How can any condo by the ocean be bad. Answer: it can’t. This place was GREAT! Checkin/checkout was great. The view was fantastic. The condo was clean and comfortable. Should be great for any family. I felt at home here. Only problem was the key to the lobby entry or the lock needs to be repaired it gets hard to unlock at times. There are no other issues.

Beautiful, peaceful, clean condo with fabulous ocean views

The condo was just as shown in the pictures. The ocean was right outside the condo. However the condos close by were under construction during our stay. 6 hr a day 6 days a week of constant hammer drill noise. I didn’t think to ask about construction. We we disappointed by the constant noise!

Nicely updated, very clean! Only downside was the drive to cape canaveral was longer than listing recommended.

This condo is lovely! It is super clean and very well appointed. That said, we ended up staying at another condo after the first night because we thought this “Beachfront Condo” would have direct beach access. We expected the construction since that was clearly noted in the description, but were disappointed to realize that we had to walk down the road to a park to enter the beach. Yes, this detail is mentioned in the listing, but it is buried far down at the bottom past where even an experienced VRBO user would look for it. This should be listed up with the construction information. It’s hard not to feel like misled when it’s listed as a typical “beachfront condo” and that info is barely mentioned in the description. The photos show stairs leading down to the beach as well. These stairs are not functional at this time. As of the writing of this review we have not received a response regarding our request for a partial refund and have eaten the cost of this condo to stay somewhere that offered us the trip we desired. We are not normally people who leave poor reviews but we don’t want this to happen to another family. IF this condo were accessible to the beach, it would be great.

With the ocean right there and the best breakfast rught down the street (morning glory) i cant even complain about the building maintenance and construction. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we truly enjoyed the stay, very chill.
