If the sliding glass doors to both the pool and the main house remain open for more than 5 minutes at a time, the air conditioning will automatically be shut off. Repeated violations of this rule will result in a $250 fine for air conditioning maintenance, as repeated strain on the air conditioning unit will cause failure in the Florida heat.brbr3. There is a 9 guest maximum allowable during your stay.
