Some of the unique features are the sun deck right next to the beach with a grilling area, plenty of lounge chairs, and a shaded area. The pool is spacious, surrounded by beach chairs, and a natural sea grass landscape theme. There is an elevator and laundry facility ten steps down the hall from our unit. We treat our condominium as home, not strictly a rental or business venture. Furnishings are high quality as are the appliances and electronics. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is provided. Linen, china, flatware, modern updated appliances, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We've constantly updated, painted, modernized, all in good taste, all high quality.
