Stayed Feb 1, 2023On a very busy street which also made for a lot of noise. We appreciated that Kim was very helpful. Beach is close, but, traffic slows you down getting there.

Stayed Jan 24, 2022Broken down furniture. Lumpy beds. Many TV channels dark due to low signal. Heat turned on for manager and then never came back on again. Manager had to put a board in the couch in order to make possible to sit in it. Super uncomfortable and then the manager kept our pillows that we bought to make it better. Worst of all is that the bathroom tub drain clogged up and flooded the bathroom floor. We had to go to a hotel for a night during repairs and the manager LOCKED US OUT for the next 7 weeks of a prepaid stay, refusing to talk to us and keeping over ten thousand dollars of unused rent. We had to scramble to find hotels in a tight market. Then the manager kept the property we left in the apartment. How could we stay in an apartment with a non working rusty old bathroom? We have registered a compaint with VRBO

Stayed Feb 22, 2020We had to pay to use washer and dryer and we we were there 2 weeks,and we had to buy more towels and washcloths because we didn’t have enough,our fridge was leaking,and porch was very dirty,and the house had a very musty smell but Kim was very nice to work with,

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice inside except a 40 year old bath that needs remodeling. Outside there is a 24hr car wash that beeps all night. then there is rt 72 a 6 lane highway that Floridians seem to love to run open pipes on their cars and bikes.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean, updated villa. It was just what we needed and better than expected. We had a great stay, visited with family in the area and saw many of the areas attractions. Easy check-in and pleasant owner answered all our questions. No problems.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa had everything we needed and more. It was nice to have the privacy of 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was a big plus to not have to eat out every meal. We liked the all tiled floors, new kitchen and comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay here again. The beach and restaurants were close

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean renovated villa has nice tile flooring, granite and new kitchen with all stainless appliances. We slept well in the king beds. Nice touches with attractive beach décor. Not far to shopping, beach, activities and restaurants. We loved Sarasota. Owner was friendly and answered all our questions. We would recommend this rental.
