For your convenience we also provide a 6 seater golf cart and 6 adult bikes. We provide 14 wrist bands for amenity access. All guests 5 years and older are required to wear wristbands.brbrBevolo gas lanterns and gracious front porches greet you on arrival, with parking and carport that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.brbrOnce inside, you encounter 12-foot ceilings in the foyer and kitchen, which then soar to 22 feet in the beautiful den that overlooks the pool and nature preserve.brbrIn the kitchen, Juliska glass lanterns float over the extensive quartzite kitchen counters, and the numerous drawers and cabinets offer guests more items and utensils than any chef could ever need. There is also a third bedroom on the second floor with a bunk bed. Also a second full bath on the second floor. The top floor has a queen bed and an outside deck with gulf view and great for sunset. The front porch has a swing and the house has 5 flat screen smart TV's. We have a community pool in the back of the house and an outside enclosed shower. Across the street is the 4th hole of the Santa Rosa golf course. 150 yards down the street is the Santa Rosa Beach Club with The Vue restaurant and bar, open to the public. We only allow 8 people adults and children to occupy our home. The kitchen has recently been remodeled.
