Lovely home in a great location. The trash was not empty when we arrived. One bag was outside of the trash bins and rummaged through by an animal. I should not habe to tend to trash on day one of my vacation. During our 5 day stay, our party had to figure out what to do with the trash we accumulated. The second floor tub would not drain properly. There was a dirty towel in the closet upon our arrival. The dining rook chair covers were filthy and stained. Furniture needs steam cleaning. The pool description is deceiving. It is more like an oversized bathtub. The floors needed sweeping when we arrived. The home has good bones, it just needs some TLC. I expected more for what I paid.

The home and location are incredible. 5 stars means you hit the mark on everything. I loved the fact that this home had 3 bedrooms with king size beds. Now I wish they had just bought mattress’ for them that are comfortable. With mattress in a box running less than a 1000 they make the stay all that more enjoyable. I have a bad back and that mattress had me sleeping maybe 3 hours a night. The washing machine died upon our arrival and things happen. The management company needs to inspect their cleaners work as there was trash in the bushes, towels out back upon our arrival. Now all that being said the house was incredible and in a great location. Well appointed kitchen, tons a space. Several of us had work meetings while there and used the whole top floor as an office. It was amazing. Over all 4/5 and with a good cleaning crew and mattress replacement this would be a 5/5. All other guest said their mattress were lumpy and uncomfortable so it was all three kings.

We had a wonderful time. The management company stay in contact with us daily even giving suggestions on rentals. The house was very spacious for our family of 8 and believe a family of 10 would still be comfortable. The walk to the beach is literally 3-4 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. One thing to note is there are not many food chooses around beside the little local spots and Publix is the only grocery store close by (we did enjoy pizza and one of the local pizza spots beside Publix). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Blue Dolphin !!

The online photos and description are misleading and do not accurately depict the state of the property. The house has a lot that needs to be fixed including an entire rotted door frame on the third floor. Overall dirty and needs a good cleaning. “Pool” is more like the size of a bath tub or hot tub. Rental company was absolutely terrible time work with. Do your research. Do not book with 30a Vacay. There are so many different rental company options, stay away from this one.

Overall our stay was great. It is likely we would stay again but there are a few items that were frustrating and if they can be corrected, it would go a long way! All of our emails regarding check in stated no later than 4:00 p.m. our door code would be sent via text. We were at the house, ready to get in and get settled and did not receive any information about getting into the house until almost 4:30. The manager said this was due to low staff. I get that it takes time, but if the contract says no later than 4:00 p.m., then that should be when the code is sent. The description listed the third floor pull out couch as the final sleeping option. However, there were no linens or pillows for this bed. We had to call to get linens sent to the house and all that was brought was sheets. We found extra pillows from throughout the house. If this is listed as an option for sleeping--this should have been included at the house from the beginning. I am sure that finding suitable mattresses for a rental is difficult, however, the first floor mattress had broken springs and was sunken in various spots of the king bed. The other mattresses seemed to be older and in need of replacement as well. The ceiling fan in the second floor master could only be on if the light was turned on. We asked about the coffee pot set up before arriving: Keurig or full pot. We were told both were available and brought our K-cups--however no Keurig, but there was a Nespresso! Little fixes to be great!

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Dolphin! The home is very well appointed and in a great location, very easy walk to the beach. That being said, there are some areas of upkeep that need immediate attention! We reported a horrible carpet stain. The carpet needs replacing! Also, only one eye of the stove worked. And finally, the breakers would go off with any usage of more than one appliance in the house. Please take a week of deep cleaning, replacing, and checking for proper working order to get this property to what it can truly be again.

Really nice house with easy access to the beach across the street. We tried the chair and umbrella service at the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access point, but it was crowded. The access off of Campbell street was never crowded and we could usually reserve a spot in the front row right on the water. Just had to make sure we had our chairs down there before 8 am. A local guy told us not to try to use any space in the private beach area to the left of the access point, but anything to the right would not be a problem. We tried to stay within the private area right off the Campbell St access. The house was awesome! There was some very minor and normal wear on some floors downstairs and the carpets on all the other floors desperately need to be replaced, but other than that everything was in great shape as listed in the photos. The pool in back is tiny. It's really more of a place to cool off every once in a while you sunbathe on the deck. Nice to have, but none of us really sunbathed out there so we didn't use it. We rented a golf cart for the week so our smelly and sand-filled stuff would not dirty our car. I was great, but you probably could get away with not having one if you wanted to because there are a few great restaurants within walking distance.

I was very disappointed in the fact the property was not rented for 3 days prior to our stay and we could not get access to an early check-in on our check-in day. The house is gorgeous, lots of space and was relatively clean but the carpets could use a cleaning as well as the patio furniture. The only real issue is the kitchen stove. Electric stove is outdated, the electric eyes seem to work when they want to. The Saturday morning of our stay, the stove shorted and popped a fuse, I could not locate the fuse box. I called property support and they walked me through where the box was, switched the fuse back on and got the stove to semi-work. If you enjoy cooking on vacas with fam and friends like we do, this might not be your spot, unless they get a new stove. Otherwise, great location, great house, great beaches and Santa Rosa is a really really really nice place, nice people as well. I'm definitely looking to come back later this summer. Oh and that pool is not a pool. More like a heated jacuzzi lol
