We loved the place !! Nice close walk to beach and wonderfully decorated. Owner very responsive and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the home for your next beach trip. The neighborhood is very private and yet still easily accessible.

Fun and Games is in a great neighborhood in a great location - not a far walk to the beach and very close to great stores/restaurants! This house has been updated and was the perfect size for our family of three. It was very clean and had all the necessities we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great house that is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and a short easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed every aspect of our time at Fun and Games. The house is well appointed and super clean. Beautiful street with quiet neighbors.

Rarely do you stay in a vacation home that feels up to the same standards that you'd want in your own home. Cabinets that work and don't feel like they're 70 years old, new appliances, things that work the way they're supposed to and comfortable beds and towels. Would it be nice to have a few extra things like extra paper towels and dishwasher pods? Sure, but I also didn't read the check and instructions closely enough where they advised we do bring extras of our own. So in the end there's really not much to find any fault with.A fantastic location with beach and pool, we would love to stay here again in the future. Sparkling clean upon our arrival. This was probably the cleanest and most well organized Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was labeled, organized, and spotless upon arrival. It was a short walk to the beach not having to cross any congested intersections, and the pool was heated. We had a great time!

My wife and I, along with our adult children, their spouses and our 10 month old granddaughter had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom towels were soft…and the list goes on! The home is beautifully decorated and it’s a short walk to both the beach and pool! We couldn’t have asked for more! The owners responded promptly to our questions. This was our first time to the area and it was gorgeous. We also took advantage of the many games that were provided at the home. Such a wonderful time!

The home was absolutely perfect for my family of five—three teenagers aged 19, 19, and 17. It was a short walk to the beach and even closer to coffee shops, dining options, and ice cream. I would highly recommend and we will be booking our next beach trip stay at this home.

The property was everything they said it would be. We had a wonderful time and definitely will look at renting this property again in the future. In addition, the location is perfect and the shops across the street were excellent.

This was my family's 1st trip to 30A area of Florida panhandle. I was very pleased with our home that we rented Fun and Games in the Seagrove Beach area. The owner Laurie was very responsive to any questions that I had throughout our stay. I received responses from her within minutes of asking questions which was very much appreciated. I am a person that highly values customer service, and Laurie (owner) exceeded my expectations for customer service. She made me feel like that she truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. This property was very nice with updated kitchen appliances and extremely clean. It really felt like a home away from home. It is amazing how clean this property was considering that it is a rental. I felt like we walked into someone's personal home instead of a rental property which is above and beyond what I expected. You are truly walking distance within 3-5 minutes to the beach, coffee shop, ice cream shop, multiple restaurants/shops nearby. The area seemed to be very safe for families with lots of kids/parents riding bikes and walking freely with no issues all week on our stay. Thank you Laurie for providing an excellent experience for our family on vacation.

We loved our stay at Fun and Games! Communication before arrival was very thorough, house was clean, well-stocked, and in a perfect location! We loved were able to walk for dinner, morning coffee, ice cream, and enjoyed the proximity to the pool and beach. 30A can be crowded, but we found this house to be tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Just a short stroll from the beach, this home has everything you need or want for an enjoyable & comfortable stay. Love the enclosed outdoor shower!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Fun is. We are so thankful to have found this property. The home has everything you need, very clean, comfortable beds and is beautifully decorated making you feel like you are on vacation the minute you step on the property, The master suite upstairs is incredible with a nice large bathroom and large closet. WE enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened in porch with the lovely landscaping. The home has plentiful games and puzzle we enjoyed. I love the tree lined street and the proximity to the beach and not having to cross 30A.. I highly recommend getting the chair service. It was a game changer for us having our chairs all set up and not having to haul anything back and forth. We are glad we took Lauries advice and booked a month in advance as It seems like most beach goers are using the chair service now. Also, the shops across 30A are a great addition to the area. We enjoyed ice cream multiple nights at Pecan Jacks and visited the shops and we always enjoy Beachy Bean which is very close. Laurie was absolutely great with her communication. She told you everything you needed along the way and answered all my questions promptly. Just could not have asked for a better stay on 30A...we WILL be back to this property and hopefully for a longer stay next time.
