This beautifully decorated, 3/3.5, 1958 sq ft condo is one of the few extended (larger) 3 bedroom units in the 64 unit condo complex that includes 14 acres along the Gulf of Mexico and Big Redfish Lake. The sugar white sand beaches and dunes with turquoise water are some of the most beautiful in the world. Then we have another pool behind the townhomes on your way to the tennis courts towards the back of the property, that pool does not have a hot tub. Tennis courts are free to Gulf Place guests and you can get instructions on how to reserve court times, ask your condo manager, instructions should be located at the courts also. brbrOur property is located only 7 miles east from Destin, yet a step back from all the hustle & bustle of the traffic, high-rises and crowded beaches. You will be approx. 75 yards from Santa Rosa's beautiful white sandy beaches.
