Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place overall, plenty of room. Odor remained the whole time. Like smoke or a cleaner. Not sure, but not good. Master shower door difficult to open and close. Shower head needs replacing. Whole Shower needs replacing or recalking. Drywall next to towel rack in master needs painting. Mud repair still showing. Could not lock door from master opening to deck.

The townhouse was perfect the view was great and the beach was private.

Overall we were happy! The location is perfect. The condo is dated and not completely cleaned when we arrived. Floors were still dirty. The master bathroom had an occasional small leak from the floor above. You can also hear every step the floor above takes. We were not given a gate code ( although management says an email was sent- did not receive) which was inconvenient when arriving late. There is also not much clarification regarding beach placement and chairs. The texting service is great. Would just be nice if this info was provided in a better manner. We will likely be back but to the unit above.

The beach is not crowded and the community pool was nice. I reccommended they get a large smart tv for the living room for rainy days. Its on the first floor with beautiful views of the ocean. It sits pretty even with the dunes. You can only see parts of the actual beach through the dunes but the views of the ocean are incredible. We had the best week and had the best week. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with through text message.

Great family area! Nice size bedrooms. Excellent location. Walk to beach is easy. Sunsets off balcony are breathtaking. Very clean unit. Will rent this property again.

Have stayed here several times.This time the Ice maker never worked and the WYFI never worked, Maintenance was never able to fix either during our stay. TV was great. Every thing else worked well.

This is a really spacious condo in a great location on a private beach. I wholeheartedly agree with others’ reviews that the place could use some updating, but was very clean. At this price point, however, would have expected better in kitchen- cookware, dishes, tools were in very poor shape. One trip to Home Goods or Target and less $$ than they charge for one night would really up the game. Several things were not in working order- stove and oven lights, bathroom fan, ice maker, shared grill below building. Like others, we received the access code for condo door, but had to call for drive and beach access gates.Office was quick to respond but this was inconvenient. Overall I would stay again, but would hope management acts on the feedback.

Ice maker was broken, pots are disgustingly dirty, stains on the rug, and no internet the entire stay. Only received code for condo and had to call to get entrance gate code and beach access gate code. I spoke with several members of the management team each day and got nothing resolved. Even requested to speak with a manager and still waiting on that call. Management is banking on the location selling this place, and they don't care once they get your money. Very disappointing!! This place has a lot of potential if it was updated and run more professionally.
