Robbie is an incredible host. He was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. The space was spotless and had all the necessities for the week (wi-fi, cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee maker, beach towels, bath towels, and clothes, washer, and dryer). The neighborhood outside the condo had a lot of life within walking distance; several restaurants and shops were within walking distance. There is also a bike rental shop on the walk to the beach. Additionally, there is a pool to enjoy. The condo is about an 8-minute walk to the beach. However, you may want to get to the beach early; the spots near the entrance and bathrooms fill up quickly. Beach umbrellas and chair rentals from local vendors take up several spots on the beach. The beach is clean and a lifeguard monitors the ocean most of the day. This condo is the perfect place to stay on 30A.

Not sure why I assumed otherwise but this place far exceeded my expectations! Great location to good food & the beach! Great communication with owner as well! Will definitely be back.

My family stayed at this property last year and enjoyed so much we had to return this year. Robbie the owner is very nice and shares what’s around the property to visit. The property is well kept, clean and quiet (what we love) I definitely plan on returning next year! ?

Robbie was a great host always in communication. The condo was clean and located a few blocks from beach. Parking was ample.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Everything is exactly as described. Communication with Robbie was great. The beach is a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as owner described. Communication with owner e cell ent. Kitchen well equipped, nice to have 2 bathrooms.

Great place and awesome location close to the beach. The place had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to deal with the owners, they were always responsive and went above and beyond to check in and make sure we were enjoying the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and really enjoyed our stay at the renal. The condo has everything you need while staying there and you are a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches. We also enjoyed the pool, it was very clean, overall, the property was clean too. We will definitely return to this property when we come back!
