The location can't be beat--Ruskin Place is a relaxing, quiet space, but close to downtown and the beach. This is a wonderful place to relax and have fun!

We had fun using the bikes and we were so close to walking to beach . We did not use pool or fitness but it was very close.

In summary, this home was not prepared for us to check in. From the moment we entered there were obvious areas that were dirty and out of place. Black mold in the bathroom shower, sand still on the floor from the previous renter, and bedsheets not changed from the previous renters. The parking situation is not ideal for two cars. Only enough room for one and the management company is not helpful in finding a solution except to say you can park one of your cars down at Greyton Beach. Miles away.in addition to the

We had a great time overall. The location in Seaside is great and we love how it’s on the little park. The layout is perfect for a larger group with different ages, as there are 3 separate living spaces inside & 2 outside! The kitchen is updated and well equipped. It is very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We did have a few issues, however. 1. The neighbor to the right (who apparently is the President of the HOA) is very rude and inconsiderate as noted in another review. 2. A large golf cart that we weren’t allowed to use took up a lot of the very limited parking making it very difficult to park 2 cars on the property. 3. The dryer was very slow to dry (had to be reset multiple times). 4. There is no way to come in or leave from the first floor because you can't lock the doors from the outside except the one on the second floor deck. That meant that we couldn't even come in or go out onto the park area which made it a pain. This would be so easily solved by adding a lock with a keypad on one of the first floor doors on the park side. 5. There were no chairs to sit out on the back of the house overlooking the park. Again, easily fixable with an inexpensive pair of Adirondack chairs like the property to the left of this one. 6. Pickleball court time is NOT included, which was not stated in advance and ended us costing us quite a bit of money. We would have liked to know this in advance.

The home is stunning and newly updated. It’s close to everything and the main area in Seaside is a two minute walk. The HOA President lives next door and harassed us from day 2 and almost everyday after. Parking two vehicles is difficult here. I would never stay here again because of the way we were treated by the HOA President.

Spent the week with 2 adults and 4 teenagers at this location. Great property, very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Prime location!
