All of our three-story buildings are getting new exteriors and windows now, and that part of the project should be finished by late April. Work will then pause until the fall, when the two-story buildings, including ours, will be done. brbr The three-story buildings are several hundred feet from our unit. If you stay at Petite Retreat during March and April, we don't think construction noise will detract from your experience. br The two-story phase is tentatively scheduled to begin in mid-September. Petite Retreat will be unavailable for bookings for several weeks during the fall. brbr One last thing about this major project: the homeowner's association is requiring owners, and all renters, to sign waivers of liability if they are on property during either construction phase.
