Stayed Mar 24, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was even prettier in person and the location can’t beat. Multiple beach access options within a 5-10 minute walk. Several great restaurants within walking distance as well.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024We had a wonderful stay! The beds were so comfortable in the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location, it was so close to several beach accesses and restaurants . We would definitely stay there again if back in Santa Rosa Beach.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023Great location, very small units ours was on the 2nd floor and the units are not well insulated. Noise from above us was unbearable at times. Sounded like a herd of elephants and it was just a family. Also our patio faced 30a and road noise made it difficult to enjoy the outside space. Odd lighting no dimmers no lamps in the common area. We stay in this area s couple of times per year but these condos cute as they are, I don’t recommend.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We were very comfortable staying in this unit, with the two of us and our dog. Short walk to the beach access. The beach access area was less crowded than the one down by Gulf place. Plentiful parking. Nice areas to walk the dog. Living room area and kitchen were small, would probably be a bit tight for a larger group or family. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend as it is in a very nice location in 30a area.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023Super nice condo! The condo was bright, clean, and very comfortable and easy to access from the parking lot. It’s close to Gulf Place and places to eat, rent golf carts, and bikes. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. However, the view from the balcony is obstructed by trees.
