The sugar white sand beaches and dunes with turquoise water are some of the most beautiful in the world. Neighboring Grayton Beach was recently named the number #1 Beach in the US by Dr. Beach.brbrThis modern coastal inspired condo boasts gorgeous new white quartz countertops in all 4 baths and kitchen, fresh paint throughout, new stainless appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave), new plantation shutters, a large one level kitchen island with four stools at counter level, and new furniture throughout. Sweet Haven actually has 3 King bedrooms...all on the first floor!brbrScreen porches used to found at every turn in the South but nowadays were pretty rare. “I have always liked a screen porch because I do NOT like bugs,” said Pinkie as she admired the ample one on the back of Sweet Haven. “It really offers another vignette for gathering and dining all while overlooking the pool.” Outdoor ambient landscape lighting was another of Pinkie's favorite things and the transformative effect on the poolscape was amazing. “It feels like a resort!”brbrUpstairs she discovered another King bedroom plus a fabulous huge lounge/media room with 2 sets of twin bunks and a daybed. “What a great kids' hangout!” A large sectional sofa made the room quite cozy and Pinkie could see this being a big hit with teens too. Nestled on a corner lot on a quiet street just 8 min from the beach, Sweet Haven is sure to be your family's favorite go-to vacation spot.
