Book Me Baby! Private Pool~Sweet Haven at Dune Allen

We’ve been coming to 30A for Thanksgiving and this is BY FAR the best house we’ve had. The kitchen was fully equipped - serving platters, measuring cups, fantastic pots and pans, Corningware - and even a crockpot! We loved the outdoor kitchen and the golf cart!Our only downside was we couldn’t get the pool heated due to it being a holiday week - there wasn’t anyone available to come and heat the pool for us.

We enjoyed the house thoroughly. It never felt like we were on top of each other even with our large group. The pool was small but it was perfect for what we needed. The golf cart was handy for running back and forth to the beach and to dinner. Our dogs loved the fenced yard and that is always a huge plus for us. We would rent this house again.

We had a fantastic stay at the ABC property! The house was spotless and beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The open floor plan was perfect for our large family gathering—it gave us plenty of space to be together without feeling cramped.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but still walkable to the beach and tons of great restaurants. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the extra half bath was perfect for guests. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch—such a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks.Pinkie was incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. We really appreciated being able to check in a little early, and the noon checkout made our last day much less stressful.I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The property was the best we have stayed at in our 50 years of vacation with family on 30 A . Everything we needed was at our fingertips

From the moment you pull into the driveway of this beautiful home your 1st reaction is wow! Everything about this home is 1st class and well equipped with all that you need for a great vacation. All the bedrooms have a bathroom in them which gives you privacy and comfort. The screened in porch has a TV and kitchen/grill area that is wonderful for outdoor cooking and relaxation. The pool and backyard is large and fenced in for privacy and fun. Golf cart makes the short ride to the beach fun as well. You won’t be disappointed nicest place we have stayed in to date and we have stayed in many homes. Sweet Haven is Sweet!

My husband and I rented this property for a 5 night stay. It was a very large house for 2 people but we really wanted the large living area. The screened in back porch and outdoor kitchen were a major highlight. The property advertised that there were 4 bikes, but when we arrived they were in boxes. The property manager had them assembled for us. If you are looking for a large living area, then this is the spot for you! I would rent it again!

This house was fantastic, and greatly exceeded our expectations. The open layout was amazing, excellent for cooking and entertaining at the same time. The house is stocked very well, from kitchen supplies to beach toys. The screened outdoor patio was so relaxing, and we loved the grills outside. The pool was perfect and the landscaping was so nice. We're already planning our next trip!! Love this house!!
