You are just steps away from the beach and you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the full while sitting out on the balcony at a price that is hard to beat on 30A. brThis clean beautiful 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom unit boasts a host of features including vinyl woodgrain flooring, new stainless steel appliance, modern decor with all fresh paint throughout. It has a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool area and views of the ocean. The units bedroom has a comfortable king size bed along with bunkbeds in a little nook area off the main hallway and a queen size sofa bed in the living area. It has a full bathroom with a shower/tub along with another 1/2 bath connected to the bunk bed area. The condo and location will not disappoint. We will have 2 beach chairs and umbrella for your use along with some beach essentials. We just ask that you clean them up and put them back for our next guests to also enjoy
