Beautiful 3 Bedroom Kara Lake Townhouse! Close to all 30A!!

We had an amazing beach vacation with family. Condo was beautiful, in a great location and hassle free! Will definitely be back!

The home is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and shopping. The lake view and screened in back patio were fantastic. I would stay at this property again and will recommend it to family and friends.

We have a fantastic time here and visiting friends and family and some fantastic places. A hire car is recommended to get to see all the great places. The view over the lake is so peaceful and relaxing, however only one fountain was working so the picture on the website showing the view is not quite right. We noticed a hairdryer was not in the house, after emailing Gibson beach rentals, they had one with us within a few hours. Excellent service! The only downside was we did have a knock on the door a couple of times from residents- apparently we are unable to use the glorious weather to dry our beachwear and other washing. The resident was quite abrupt in making that known and told us there was a dryer in the house to use ( not all our items could be used in a dryer)!!The second time we had a knock on the door was when we had family visiting for a few hours. They made a point of coming down and telling us that the car they came in could not be left on the street overnight. This was never the case but it seems lots of busy bodies about! Another point to note is that you are unable to use the toilets/changing facilities at the pool and the pool is not heated so quite cool on a morning. But does warm up during the day. We would definitely stay here again now we are aware of the “Kara Lake Police”. It really has not spoilt our fantastic holiday.

This condo was so gorgeous! My whole family loved it very much. The place completely blew the pictures provided out of the water! Plus they provided almost everything you could possibly need plus so many extras. Pretty much the only negative we came across was that, surprisingly, there was no handsoap provided anywhere in the condo that we could find, not even the little hotel bars of soap nobody likes, lol. But truly other than that, they really did provide everything you need and more and we were absolutely in love with this condo and so sad to leave!

Clean and well-maintained with all the amenities you need for a vacation home. The management company went above and beyond to help us obtain a package we had delivered on a Saturday. The area itself it wonderful. Our favorites were Crab Island and Deep Sea Fishing and Maple Street Biscuit Company.

We had a wonderful stay! The management company was super responsive and attentive! The property had plenty of room and was impeccably clean!! Loved it!

The property was great. My family not so much. Betnext time it wont be with adult kids.
