Enjoy morning coffee and sunrises on the lanai or in the custom saltwater heated pool. Outdoor kitchen is fabulous for enjoying the wonderful weather in SW Florida. brbrOur backyard is canal front with a 41' dock which our guests are welcome to use should you have a boat or to sit relaxing in the Adirondack chairs with an iced tea or cocktail of choice. We are less than 10 minutes from open water by boat. This is coastal living at its best with all boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, golf, shopping, restaurants and nightlife close by. You can bike to Fisherman's Village, downtown Historic Punta Gorda, parks, marina's, farmers market and much more. brbrThe 3/2 split plan sleeps 6 privately and comfortably. The master suite is a king room, with spa like bathroom and water views. The second bedroom is a queen room with water and pool views. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size murphy bed, and setup as an office, with desk should you have work while you are here. There are pocket doors throughout and one that separates the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a bath to create a completely private suite. The master suite is located on the opposite side of house offering privacy of its own.brbrThe house is fully equipped with all kitchen needs and accessories, linens, bath towels, beach towels, table clothes, cloth napkins, place mats for all seasons and entertaining needs etc. You truly just need to bring your clothes! brbrPicture sitting on the back lanai in the morning enjoying your coffee while watching the sunrise reflecting off the water with a light breeze from the fan above, or a glass of wine in the evening mesmerized by the soft color changing LED lights illuminating from the beautiful pool . . . it is certainly our favorite place to be. The water view is amazing and sound of peace is refreshing with only the occasional fish jumping in the canal. If you're lucky, you might even see a dolphin swim by! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. brbrFor safety purposes, a ladder is provided on the dock in case of emergency, but swimming in the canal is not recommended.
