Large Screen tv in Living room and flat screen in Master Bedroom. I want to try to rent it 6 months beginning May 1, 2019 thru November 5, 2019. The rent is very inexpensive for the area because I am looking for that right person. This is a 55 + community, so you must be at least 55 years old. Your spouse can be as young as 45. You do have to pay $100 to get screened by our office. There is A HEATED POOL, BOUCE PIT, HORSE SHOES, A CLUB HOUSE, a pool hall with 3 very nice tables with cue sticks, RIDE BYCICLES ALL IN THE COMMUNITY.
