Brand new luxury vinyl throughout with all new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless appliances. When you step out onto the 1,200 sq. ft. patio and pool deck, you will find all new pavers, a newly resurfaced pool, new pool pump and all new screening. The pool is heated with an electric pool heater. Enjoy the view to the canal as you sip your coffee in the morning.
