The downstairs offers an open floor plan with a living area that is spacious with a comfy couch and loveseat plus smart TV, and the dining area seats six. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances needed for meals and snacks including a traditional full pot coffee maker and a single cup maker, cookware, dishware, and utensils. A half bath is located just off the living area, along with a washer and dryer. An enclosed Florida room out back offers storage for your beach gear and a sliding glass door to the private back yard area.brbrUpstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: both with king beds, smart TVs, and clothing storage. The full bathroom between them has a vanity and tub/shower combo. brbrGuests will be able to park in two dedicated parking spots directly in front of our entry door. No waiting on elevators.brbrOut the back door, there is a patio with a table and benches with a great green space perfect for stretching little legs or for pups. Enjoy the nearby pool, putt-putt course, and shuffleboard courts, all within walking distance. The resort also features tennis courts and pickleball courts, just a short walk or golf cart ride away. brbrThe Sandy Turtle includes use of our street-legal golf cart (seats 6) for no additional cost. All drivers must be 21 years or older and follow the rules of PCB regarding where street-legal carts are allowed (a map is provided). Golf carts can enter and depart the resort through a convenient automated gate. The beach is a quick golf cart ride or short walk within the resort to the Front Beach Road gate, where you can easily cross over to the private beach access.brbrPrimary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay.
