NO pets. br5) Pool is heated to 85° December-April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool 20° above the air temperature. The pool heater is locked and may not be modified or tampered with. br5) Waverly Escape has driveway parking for 4 cars. There is no garage parking, there is no street or grass parking.br6) Events hosted or Commercial Filming without owner knowledge will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, Girls/Guys Weekend, etc. ALL EVENTS/FILMING REQUIRE APPROVAL (if you're not sure, please ask) Any additional fees will be discussed based on the individual request.br7) Violations of the short-term rental agreement/house rules will result in termination of stay without notice or refund.br8) Guest is responsible for payment of damaged or missing items.
