Welcome to “The Poinciana” A Palm Beach Retreat

HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, SAUNA, COLD PLUNGE AND GAME ROOM. 15 mins. from the beach! Our stunning 4-bedroom 2.5 2.5-bathroom tropical retreat in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens is where health, wellness, and entertainment seamlessly come together.
This spacious, family-friendly house comfortably sleeps 11 guests and offers the perfect oasis for your next vacation. Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, private laundry, and a stocked kitchen.

The tropical backyard retreat is fenced in with a covered patio, and lounge chairs for sunbathing next to the HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, SAUNA, and COLD PLUNGE. Enjoy cocktails by the pool with plenty of shade or sun- whichever you prefer!

Inside the retreat, an 85-inch smart TV is a central fixture in the expansive open-floor-plan (kitchen, living room, and dining room one open space), with access to Xfinity cable and streaming apps. The large dining room table can seat 10 guests.

There is a private laundry inside the garage Game Room with a brand-new washer/dryer combo machine. We provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and an iron and ironing board. The garage Game Room features a big-screen TV, pool table, ping pong/air hockey, and arcade video game cabinets!

Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room keep the space cool, even during Florida’s hottest months, and our large ice machine on the patio is perfect for getting the cold plunge ready, or keeping your drinks chilled on ice!

There is a smart lock for the front door for an easy self-check-in process.

BEDROOMS:
The Master Suite has a luxurious, plush king-size bed and ensuite private bathroom with a walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom has a double sink vanity and a large overhead shower.

The two (2) Queen bedrooms feature cozy and extremely comfortable queen-sized beds, ideal for couples or solo travelers. The main bathroom has a shower with a tub and a large sink area.

The Bunk Room is perfect for the kids or a group of friends, with five comfy beds (two bunk beds and a pull-out trundle).

KITCHEN AND INDOOR AMENITIES:
The open kitchen has been updated with a new large kitchen island with barstools and Quartz counters. We have all the dishes, cups and glasses, utensils, cookware, appliances, coffee makers, blenders, etc.

We provide all sheets, pillows, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent pods, dishwashing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. If you are missing something that can make your stay more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to ask!

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Step into the backyard, where a private Bali-inspired paradise awaits! Relax and rejuvenate in the sparkling pool, soak up the Florida sun on the comfortable lounge furniture, or unwind in the hot tub. This property is absolutely amazing! Great set up with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. So clean and bright! Hot tub was awesome and so was the pool. We had a tennis tournament and loved having our own ice machine!!! Kitchen had enough room for all of to move around and a big table to eat at. Would stay here again in a minute!!! Communication was fantastic! Just a amazing place!

This property is outstanding in every way! Close to everything (restaurants, grocery, etc) very immaculate home, kitchen well stocked with essential tools. Game room was a big plus, air conditioned and comfortable sofa, TV, Xbox, pool table, arcade games and hockey table. Backyard was our oasis when not out and about. We were not in need for anything!! This paradise is well worth it, no complaints!

Friends got together to stay in a convenient location to paddle both Peanut Island and the Loxahatchee River. The home was a fantastic place to spend time together enjoying ourselves off the water. The sauna, hot tub, and pool were fantastic after a day out paddling. A few people even partook in the cold plunge pool! Plenty of space to enjoy playing games together, eating together…lots of seating and comfort. The layout and amenities for a large group was very well thought out. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here! When we walked in we were amazed how new and clean everything was. There was everything here we could possibly need! The kids & adults loved the game room and the backyard. The pool, sauna, hot tub & ice bath were all a hit with everyone. Another fantastic feature was the ice chest. Just like the hotel ones! The place was laid out great too. There's a coffee station away from the middle of the kitchen. Everyone who stayed absolutely loved it! The owner/managers were so awesome. We had a few questions about a few things and they were always super responsive and helpful. We would love to book this house again! 10/10

This house was so perfect for out group! We had our 2 grandchildren (3 & 1) with us plus my in laws. We were all able to enjoy each other in the wide open spaces as well as get away for naps and quiet times in our separate areas. The property is so beautiful and feel like it was most recently renovated. Location is amazing to all the golf outings, dinners and shopping that our group had planned for the week. Also, the hosts responded almost immediately any time I had questions. Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to coming back next year if you will have us.
