To help keep the home cool and comfortable, we recommend keeping the shades in the front of the house closed during the morning and early afternoon when the sun is strongest. Once the sun shifts toward the back of the house later in the day, you’re welcome to reopen the front shades if desired. However, at that time, we recommend closing the shades in the back of the house to help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature and ensure the air conditioning runs efficiently. We suggest running the fans day and night to help with comfort.brbrThe French door curtains should be kept closed as much as possible to help with temperature control and privacy.brbrThe temperature of the house is automatically set to 75 degrees from 9 AM to 7 PM and from 7 PM to 9 AM at 72 degrees.brbr--- brbrSPA/Pool Information:brbrThe spa is automaticallty set at 86 degrees for your stay as well as the pool.
