The master bedroom with private bath has its own access to the lanai, and the second bedroom is adjacent to the second full bath. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The unit is located on the top floor of a quiet, three-story, owner-occupied building with elevator, and has its own laundry room and designated covered parking space. One pet (25-30 lb max) is welcome.brbrThis condo is used by our family so comes well stocked with plenty of linens, dishes, cooking utensils and small appliances as well as coolers, beach towels and beach chairs for your enjoyment.brbrThere is also cable and recently-upgraded internet included so many of us combine work and leisure while in Naples, and enjoy working from the lanai table overlooking palm trees and the golf course.brbrOn our Facebook page, The Sullivan Sisters Place, we received this great review for a full season rental:brbrI stayed here for the first three months of 2021.
