There is also plenty of parking on the property with the front and back driveways and garage fitting a total of 5 cars and several overflow lots in the community able to accommodate even more vehicles. This home is in a prime location central to the beach, Destin, 30A, and everything else that the Emerald Coast has to offer.brbrRECENT UPDATESbrIn 2024, all six bathrooms were fully renovated. In the West Wing primary, a double rainfall shower with 8 foot shower heads was added to create a luxurious spa experience.
