This rental was everything we were looking for. With a family of 20 with a variety of children’s ages, the property came with everything we needed. The property was clean, new and safe.

I have never been to a property rental that was so well supplied and run efficiently as the Blue Marl Inn. You definitely get a 10 out of 10 stars from me and my family. We all love the beach and we had never been to the panhandle of Florida. The ages were from 5 years to 87 years old. We eat in most of the time-kitchen had everything we needed.The bedrooms all had their separate bathrooms. The house pool & hot tub was very enjoyable. The teenagers loved the bikes and the golf cart was absolutely necessary.The distance to the beach was not as expected- impossible to walk and our group was large so to take the chairs and umbrellas called for a lot of planning. We had a great week .

The home was immaculate and well-maintained, and there was plenty of room for our group of 13 to spread out. The backyard was the BEST. It was the perfect spot to relax and hang out. We used the golf cart to go everywhere! Being in a gated community was nice and private- and away from the crowds. We loved it and we will be back!

We had a great stay with 19 people (11 adults, 8 kids). We were pleasantly surprised by the house and rooms all being bigger than we thought they'd be based on the online pictures (which don't do them justice!). We had plenty of space for meals, seating, lounging and swimming! Our kids loved that the bunkbeds were very sturdy and not wobbly like in other rentals we've experienced. The kitchen hsd everything we needed for meals and the second fridge and wet bar area was clutch!! Management was great, very attentive and allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which was very helpful and appreciated! Golf cart worked like a charm, beautiful neighborhood and property all around!

It's a shame you can only give 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, free of any broken items and just a wonderful place to stay. Normally the places i have stayed at that are comparable in rental rates dont have items as nice as this one does. The place was furnished with all samsung tvs, samsung fridges, dyson vacuum, pottery barn Blankets just to name a few things. Will definitely return next season.

Positives: King beds in every room except bunk room, bathroom in every room, half bath located great for pool use, golf cart was great, large tvs, A/C works great, 2 refrigerators. Negatives: No beach access, hot tub overflows into pool and heated the pool (not ideal for hot days) kitchen isn’t stocked well with things you’ll need (big bowls, wine opener, etc) all the mattresses are VERY FIRM) there seems to be a neighborhood watch or something that is very particular and will drive by or even come to your door to tell you what they don’t like, WiFi was weak for as many people as the house accommodates. Overall, it’s good. Not great! We’ve been coming to Destin and renting homes for 20+ years, won’t rent this home again. Would rent from this company again though.

Very clean & equipped property that exceeded our expectations. I brung our boat for the Memorial Day weekend vacation, not knowing we couldn’t park it in the driveway, they provided us a nearby place that was less than a mile away where we could park it, and it was a secured lot. I will only book with them when visiting Destin.
