Stayed Jul 28, 2025Our stay was fantastic. A few questions here and there to which the owner was more than prompt to answer and address. Property was fantastic and our stay was comfortable just like home. The only complaint I have is that we couldn’t stay longer. I probably was a very annoying tenant but felt like I was fast friends with owner from the moment we booked the house!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Lovely neighborhood. The unit is gorgeous and accommodating for a large family. Happy to have the golf cart to get to Baytowne. Parking 3 vehicles in the drivewaywas tight. Would recommend upgrading the bath towels to a better quality and matching sets to compliment the beautiful bathrooms. The pillows and sheets could stand an upgrade as well considering the price. Our biggest issue was the fridge that never got cold and leaked on the 2nd night of our 3 night stay. If it's a lemon like you say either replace it or just disable the ice maker and water dispenser since that's the source of the problem. Overall, we loved the property and the location on the Sandestin resort.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025We booked this as a last minute family vacation and do not regret it at all!! The home was super clean and stocked with everything we needed! The location was GREAT for our teenagers to do whatever they felt like doing while still feeling safe! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet! Short drive to the beach makes it super accessible and we really didn’t need to leave the neighborhood for anything!
