Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including one regular coffee pot or keurig. There is a breakfast area and then a separate more formal dining area. Spacious living room with flat screen smart tv and sofa can pull out into a queen bed (or you can use extra folding cot in guest bedroom). Washer and dryer inside the unit. All linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. Some beach supplies are provided in a private locker on the ground level (such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys).
