Leave the car parked or at home as our famous Island food venues and shops are within a short one block distance. brbrBuilding amenities include a new (2025) large, gated heated pool with outdoor shower and comfortable loungers / tables with large umbrellas. Our social room is equipped with a full kitchen and is accessible from pool area which also includes two new pool bathrooms. The comfortable lobby has new couches and chairs. Our library includes books and board games with easy access to our pool. Multiple Weber grills, loungers and tables with umbrellas line our tiki hut area adjacent to the pool. Wash your vehicle at one of two vehicle wash stations. The unit includes a covered parking space on the second row close to the building entrance with plenty of additional guest parking.
