At night, the view changes and you get to enjoy the palms twinkling in front of the dark sea lit up by the moonlight. We love the Penthouse Units at Beachplace because the balconies are twice a big. Adorable and only 50 steps to awesome Longboat beach directly across the street is the beach access. This is a very private part of Longboat and often you will not see a soul. I was visiting in the height of season and only saw a handful of people. If it is privacy you want you got it. It is all brand new with a Queen bed and sleeper sofa for sleeping arrangements.
