Located only 2 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.brbrOther things to note: There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. No Street Parking is Allowed. Additional free parking is available at the pool area. PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE GARAGE. brbrWe supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.brThe lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.
